2010	Moved up into the upstream precast industry with the acquisitions of Econ Precast Pte Ltd and Contech Precast Pte Ltd Venture into the Australian energy market through the acquisition of 49% stake in Tesla Holdings Pty Ltd Upgraded to the SGX Mainboard
2009	Obtained the BizSafe Partner Certification as well as the BCA Green & Gracious Builder Award
2006	Secured S$118 million contract to construct the Serangoon Reservoir Dams - Gate & Dredging and ancillary works from Public Utilities Board
